Features
- Cleaning has been optimized to facilitate daily maintenance operations. The stainless steel auger is equipped with a quick-release system and is easily disassembled, allowing cleaning of the interior of the machine in just 15 minutes.
- The rear discharge pipe and reverse movement can be operated through the control panel, further facilitating the cleaning operation and effectively removing any chocolate residue.
