After-Sales Service
If a failure occurs during normal use during the warranty period, take a video and contact the sales personnel to see if the failure can be solved directly. If not, the company will send a technician to your home for repairs, and the cost is free.
If it is caused by natural disasters or external damage, modification and other man-made damage. It is not a free service during the warranty period.
